On the 30th of September Female Navigators are hosting, together with Moment Talent, a panel discussion regarding women in B.o.D. Therefore Helle Breinholt, Majken Schultz and Marianne Philip will discuss their own experiences as well as paths to various B.o.D. The event will be moderated by Eva Veileborg Hald, Strategic Project Director at Novozymes A/S.
These successful careerists represent a small percentage of women in Denmark who work in prestigeous B.o.D. and thereby seek to increase shareholder value. Can someone give me a reason why the percentage is so low?
